Got a complaint, frustration, or negative comment? Hmmm, we'd rather you keep that to yourself.

Just kidding. Even if you've got a complaint, we still want to hear it. But be nice! When we get complaints with SHOUTING, %@&#-ing profanity, or stupid insults, we print them out, pass them around the office for a laugh, then put them in the bathroom down the hall to use as toilet paper (we believe in recycling). So please make sure your complaints are written in a reasonable manner (you can shout, swear, and insult all you want if you're sending us a compliment, though).
